How Our Store Works

We work with trusted third-party suppliers, and when you place an order, it is shipped directly from our supplier to you. Your package may ship from a location outside the United States.

  • Delivery time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and estimated total delivery is 10–15 days.

  • Free shipping: Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

  • Separate packages: Because items come from different suppliers, an order with several items may arrive in more than one package, at no extra shipping cost to you.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when it is available.

  • Payment: We accept payment through PayPal.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please email us first and do not send anything back until we approve your request and send you the return address, which may be outside the United States because we ship directly from our suppliers.

  • Damaged, defective, incorrect or not-as-described items: contact us with your order number and photos, and we will offer a replacement or a full refund. We cover the cost of resolving these issues.

  • Change-of-mind returns: the customer pays return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.

  • Refunds: approved refunds go back to your original PayPal payment within 7 business days after your return shows as delivered in the carrier's tracking.
